About Me
I’m Seren, an Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner and Breathwork Practitioner, with a love of blending different approaches into gentle but powerful healing experiences.
My practice is rooted in the Eden Method—a comprehensive energy system that combines Eastern healing traditions with modern therapeutic insight. This approach works directly with the body’s energy systems to restore balance, resilience, and flow. The Method draws heavily on Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridians and acupressure points. Every session is shaped around what your energy most needs, drawing from a wide spectrum of techniques to support emotional, physical, and energetic healing.
I specialise in working with people navigating:
Recovery after serious illness
Chronic pain and fatigue (including fibromyalgia)
Stress and burnout
Grief and emotional overwhelm
Fertility challenges
and those who are generally feeling off balance or unwell too where sessions such as chakra clearing and balancing, and traditional Reiki may help. There’s also the signature Eden Method personalised energy mapping and correction session too.

I’m also a trained in Access Consciousness Energetic Facelift - a deeply relaxing and nurturing session which helps beautifully erase the signs of stress and overwhelm from your face resulting in a rested and luminous appearance. I'm currently also deepening my practice through ongoing studies in Belief Coding® and Wholesome Fertility Coaching, which continue to expand how I support emotional healing and fertility journeys. My intention in every session is to create a safe, calming space where energy can shift, recalibrate, and support your body’s natural healing capacity. Many clients describe the work as deeply restorative, groundig—and sometimes even a little magical.
In person sessions take place in my bright, peaceful wellness room in Brighouse, West Yorkshire, providing a calm and private space for you to relax, unwind and focus entirely on yourself.
As part of my wider wellbeing practice I'm an independent Tropic Ambassador, giving clients who enjoy the skincare used during their Radiance Experience Sessions the opportunity to continue using it at home if they wish.
