This healing pathway offers structured energetic support during times of loss. It does not rush, interpret, or force emotional release. It creates steadiness so your system can begin to settle in its own timing.

We draw on established Eden Energy Medicine techniques, including:

  • Sanctuary of Stillness to calm and regulate the nervous system

  • Assemblage Point work to restore your energetic centre of gravity

  • Shock Point holding, where appropriate, to help the body process emotional impact

These methods work gently with the body’s deeper energy systems, encouraging coherence after disruption.

What to Expect

You’ll receive two core sessions, usually spaced two weeks apart.

Session One: Settling the System

A steady starting point to help you feel more anchored in yourself may include:

  • Sanctuary of Stillness protocol

  • Stabilising Point technique where appropriate

  • Heart chakra clearing and balancing

  • Gentle nervous system support

The intention is grounding and containment.

Session Two: Restoring Alignment

We assess and work with your Assemblage Point — your energetic centre of gravity. When this point shifts, life can feel confusing, heavy, or fragmented.

If misalignment is present, we use light-touch techniques to restore coherence. If the Assemblage Point is stable, we may instead work with the Chong Mai (Extraordinary Vessel in Traditional Chinese Medicine) to support the release of deeply held grief affecting the body at its core.

It is completely appropriate to repeat Session One before progressing. The pace follows your system.

This work supports gradual integration rather than overwhelming emotional release, however be are of the advice below to allow for a quieter 48 period following the session.

The intention is to help your body settle, restore and regain its natural capacity for resilience.

This is structured, targeted support for burnout, emotional exhaustion and prolonged stress.

What to Expect

We begin with a short check-in and gentle energy assessment to understand where your system may be under strain.

Your session may include:

  • Whole Body Energy Balance to calm and stabilise the system

  • Energy testing to identify priority areas for support
