Partner Breathwork Practice [optional]

This short practice offers a simple way for partners to come into shared calm through breath and presence. It does not require discussion, explanation, or emotional processing. Instead, it focuses on rhythm, contact, and steadiness, allowing both nervous systems to settle together. The practice can be used at any point in the cycle and is especially supportive when words feel unhelpful or when things begin to feel pressured.
