Shared Breathwork — Connection Practice
This is a short simple, steady practice designed to be shared with your partner.
It supports emotional connection and co-regulation through breath, touch, and presence, without the need to talk or process anything verbally.
It can be used at any stage of the cycle, particularly when emotions feel heightened or when you want to reconnect without turning fertility into a “task.”
The Fertile Window morning practice
This optional recording is designed specifically for the fertile window.
It supports clarity, gentle energy, and connection during a naturally more outward-facing phase of the cycle, without tipping into pressure or performance.
It works well as a short morning pause to help you feel grounded, open, and calmly responsive to what your body is already doing.
The Luteal Rebalance
This practice supports the post-ovulation phase, when the body naturally turns inward.
It helps steady the nervous system, soften mental activity, and support the quieter physiological work of the luteal phase.
Use this instead of or alongside the Fertility Reset during the last two weeks, depending on what feels most supportive.
Calm Before Clarity — Testing Day
This recording is designed for the moment before testing or while waiting for the result to show.
It supports nervous-system regulation and emotional steadiness so that you can approach testing without bracing, rushing, or spiralling.
The intention here is not to control the outcome, but to help you meet the moment with as much calm and containment as possible.
Calm After Clarity — After a Negative Result
This recording is designed to be used soon after a negative test result.
It gently supports emotional release, grounding, and reconnection, allowing space for whatever feelings are present without needing to resolve them.
It can also be returned to later in the day or week if emotions resurface
