What Is the
Access Energetic Facelift®?
The Access Energetic Facelift® is a gentle, hands-on energy process that works with the natural energies of the face and body.
During a session, I place my hands lightly on your face, neck and upper chest while using a series of energetic processes from Access Consciousness®.
The sessions are deeply relaxing. As the body settles and the nervous system unwinds, the muscles of the face often begin to soften.
And when the face relaxes, it shows.
People frequently notice their expression looking softer, their eyes brighter and their face more rested.
The process supports the body in returning to a natural state of ease, and that ease is often reflected in a softer, more relaxed facial expression.
Why Energy Work Can Influence the Face
The face is closely connected to our nervous system and emotional responses.
When we experience stress or tension, the body naturally contracts — and the muscles of the face often reflect this.
Many people hold subtle tension in areas such as:
the jaw
the forehead
around the eyes
the temples
Often we are not even aware we are holding it.
Energy traditions across many cultures recognise subtle energy systems within the body that influence overall wellbeing. When these energies are balanced, the body can relax and function more harmoniously. The Access Energetic Facelift® works with these energetic systems while supporting the body to release tension held in the face and head.
In this more relaxed state, the body may begin to release stored patterns of tension naturally.
Because the face holds so much of our expression and stress, it is often one of the first places where this relaxation becomes visible.
