Access Energetic Facelift®?
The Access Energetic Facelift® is a nurturing and nourishing hands-on process that works with the natural energies of the face and body.
The face is closely connected to our nervous system, our emotions and the relationship we have with ourselves. Over time, stress, tension and the habitual stories we carry can become quietly reflected in our expressions. Without even realising it, years of worry, sadness, self-criticism or simply holding ourselves in a particular way can subtly shape the face we see in the mirror.
During a session, I place my hands lightly on your face, neck and upper chest while using a series of gentle energetic processes from Access Consciousness®.
The sessions are deeply relaxing. As the body settles and the nervous system unwinds, the muscles of the face begin to soften. At the same time, many people experience a profound sense of ease and spaciousness, allowing them to let go of patterns they may have been carrying for years.
As these patterns begin to soften, many people notice they don't just look more relaxed—they begin to recognise more of themselves in the mirror again.

About Seren
Seren offers energy-based wellbeing sessions designed to support deep relaxation and restore a sense of balance within the body. Her work draws on several established approaches, including Eden Method energy medicine, Reiki, breathwork and Access Consciousness® sessions, each offered as its own distinct modality. All therapies take place in my light, calming wellness room in Brighouse, where every detail has been chosen to create a relaxing and restorative experience.
