Welcome & How to Use This Programme
Welcome. This programme is designed to support you in building a clear, grounded understanding of fertility, step by step.
Whether you are new to this territory or already familiar with some aspects of cycle health, the programme provides orientation about what to focus on first, and how to progress without needing to figure everything out at once.
The programme is designed to be followed over four weeks, with each week aligned to a specific phase of the menstrual cycle and a corresponding area of fertility support.
Within the programme, you’ll find:
four recorded lessons
four weekly handbooks
a partner guide
guided regulation tools
Each element has a defined role and together, they form a coherent structure.
Structure & Flow
The programme is organised sequentially, so each week builds naturally on the last.
Week 1 establishes the baseline conditions that support fertility over time
Week 2 focuses on the menstrual phase and physiological reset
Week 3 works with the follicular phase and fertile window
Week 4 supports the luteal phase and post-ovulation period
Each week includes a recorded lesson and a handbook, designed to be used together. The lesson provides orientation and context; the handbook offers detail, explanation, and reference.
You may follow the programme alongside your current cycle, or move through it independently of where you are hormonally. The structure supports both approaches.
How to Use the Handbooks
The handbooks are designed as guides, not tasks to complete.
They are intended to be returned to over time, rather than worked through once and set aside. You might:
read certain sections more than once
engage with reflection prompts selectively
apply what feels relevant now and leave the rest for later
The aim is not to do more, but to understand more clearly what matters at different points in the cycle.
Guided regulation tools
The regulation tool suite is designed as a set of functional tools within the programme.
At the centre of this suite is the signature Fertility Reset. This recording is designed to be returned to repeatedly, providing a stable reference point across the four weeks and across cycles.
The remaining recordings are aligned with specific phases of the cycle and particular moments within the fertility process. Rather than following a fixed routine, these recordings are intended to be used in relation to timing and context. These tools are fully optional and only for you if you enjoy taking time to relax - and have the time to do so.
The recordings can be used:
alongside the weekly material
across multiple cycles
independently, once the programme is complete
They support regulation, focus, and physiological coherence, without requiring a prescribed schedule.
One recording is designed to be practised jointly with a partner. This short shared breathwork practice focuses on coordinated rhythm and breath, and can be used at any point in the programme.
Partner Support
Partner involvement is considered part of the overall structure of the programme.
A Partner Quick Guide provides clear context for those who want to understand fertility more accurately and offer practical support. It is designed to clarify roles and expectations, and can be shared at any point or used as a reference when helpful.
The intention is not to add responsibility, but to support shared understanding.
Moving Through the Programme
This work is cumulative. Each week builds on the previous one, but the programme does not depend on perfect sequencing or completion. Begin with Week 1 when you are ready, and allow the structure of the programme to guide what comes next. Many people return to earlier material or repeat sections across cycles as their understanding deepens. Follow the links for Programme resources:
